• As a Member, you agree to the I Am Planet Earth Pledge:

  I pledge to live my life like every day is Earth Day, and to do all I can to help the environment.

  I pledge to recycle, conserve energy and save water to protect the Earth's natural resources.

  I pledge to help my family and friends learn how they can help the environment and prevent pollution for a cleaner and healthier Earth.

  I pledge to do one or more of the following:
    1. Recycle cans and bottles instead of throwing them away.
    2. Turn off the lights when leaving a room.
    3. Ride a bike or walk when I can.
    4. Never litter and dispose of my trash properly.
    5. Turn off the TV and any electronic equipment when they are not in use.
  

• You will own the space and the seat for the lifetime of the site. The site and homepage will be online for at least 10 years guaranteed (starting from the day it launched), so at least until February 14th, 2017, but probably even longer.
• When you purchase a seat and become a representative, you will not 'own' any part of the homepage or this site, but rather you are granted the right to submit an image, text information and link which will then be published on the homepage and profile page in the respective space you have paid for.
• No obscene/offensive/adult images/links or text will be accepted. If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative.
• If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the homepage, you can do that, but you will not get a refund and the space will become publicly available again.
• All images will be headshot photos only. And must be in GIF or JPEG format, and a reasonable file size
• Images must NOT be animated.
• Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://
• You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit
• Representatives must be at least 18 years of age.
• Funds must be fully received and cleared before your image and link goes live on the homepage
• If your image and link are accepted and published on the homepage, you cannot get a refund.
• There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance, though this will be kept to a minimum
• Please allow 24-48 hours for activation once payment is received.
• Reserved Seat Location: You will be able to select and reserve your Set location (Row - Column) on the Homepage, however if durning the signup process, your exact requested Seat location has been previously reserved via time stamp (but not yet posted), we will assign you the next available Seat location closest to the one you selected. If you are not satisfied with the Seat location we have selected you may Request another. Once your Seat position has gone live on the Homepage, it is yours.
• You may change any of your information including your photo at anytime by logging in and making the changes. We ask that you please try to limit your changes to a maximum of 4 times per year. If your changes/updates exceed 4 times per year a small administrative fee may apply.
• The Voice of I Am Planet Earth will be obtained and displayed in the following manner:
  As a Representative, you and the other Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine Representatives of I Am Planet Earth will have a combined voice that will speak as one. Once all 1000 Seats have been filled, we will email all Representatives a survey including approximately 25 questions regarding your personal beliefs and opinions regarding Global issues that face our Race and Planet. The survey will consist of multiple choice, and Yes/No questions. So it should only take a few minutes to complete. Once we have received all of the results we will post our results on the "Ask Planet Earth" section of our website for All the World to see.

  The answers will be displayed in percentages (%).
  

  Example: If we asked the question (this is just an example):
  When do you think we need to start taking action to slow Global Warming?
  A. Now
  B. Within the next 10 years
  C. We should have started a long time ago
  D. Never, I do not believe in Global warming

  Let's say 50% of our members answered A, and 30% of our members answered B, 0 (zero) answered C, and 20% of our members answered D.

  The answers on behalf of the Planet would display as:.

  When do you think we need to start taking action to slow Global warming?
  A. Now 50%
  B. Within the next 10 years 30%
  C. We should have started a long time ago 0%
  D. Never, I do not believe in Global warming 20%

  Once various Groups like, Political Parties, Think Tanks, Committee's, World Leaders, etc.. realize how valuable a true Global non-political, non-agenda driven opinion is, then they will begin to seek the opinions and beliefs of this unique group. We will obtain the answers from our Representatives via web based and email based survey's. These surveys will be no more than 25 questions in length at a time and will be multiple choice and Yes/No questions only.

• In order to gain the most accurate global representation of the Face and Voice of the Planet Earth we have implemented the following guidelines in regards to the 1000 available seats for representation:

  - A minimum of 15% of the Seats will be Asian or of Asian descent
  - A minimum of 10% of the Seats will be African or of African descent
  - A minimum of 10% of the Seats will be European or of European descent including the Soviet Union
  - A minimum of 10% of the Seats will be Latin American or of Latin American Descent
  - A minimum of 10% of the Seats will be North American
  - A minimum of 35% of the Seats will be Female
  - A minimum of 35% of the Seats will be Male

• Representative Seat Transfers or Re-Sales will be permitted with the following terms:

  No Transfers or Re-Sales will be permitted until all 1000 original Seats have been purchased.

  Once all of the 1000 original Seats have been purchased, I Am Planet Earth will place individuals who are interested in purchasing a Seat on a waiting list.

  If you are a Representative who owns a Seat and are interested in re-selling your Seat, you can notify I Am Planet Earth, and we will list your Seat as an available Seat for re-sale. We will notify you when someone has expressed interest in purchasing a Seat. If you (the seller) and buyer agree to terms, then the Purchase will be executed via I Am Planet Earth.

  I Am Planet Earth will administer all transfers, and sales.

  Funds will be submitted to I Am Planet Earth and then redistributed to the seller.

  If I Am Planet Earth facilitates the sale (brings buyer and seller together), then I Am Planet Earth will receive a broker fee in the amount of 15% of the agreed upon sales price, plus a $50 (US) administration fee. The administrative fee will be added to the purchase price and be paid by the buyer.

  In order to keep an accurate cross section representation of Planet Earth, all re-sales or transfers must be between individuals who are of similar Ethnic background or Geographical area.

  If you would like to transfer your Seat to a friend, relative, or associate, you may do so. Please notify I Am Planet Earth of the transfer and we will execute the transfer. A $100.00 administrative transfer fee will apply.

  If you would like to re-sell your Seat and you find your own buyer, I Am Planet Earth will execute the sale and receive 5% of the sales price, or a minimum of $100 administrative fee.

I Am Planet Earth is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of our Representatives. All information you provide during your sign up application on this website weather it be via email, on-line, phone, customer support, is deemed confidential, and is held in strict confidence of I Am Planet Earth, and will not under any circumstances be distributed to any third party. We will only publish the information that you specifically specify in the application form. You will not receive any SPAM or unsolicited email from I Am Planet Earth.
