1. What is I Am Planet Earth and what is the idea?

I have always wondered; if the Earth had a Face, "What would it look like?" And if the Earth had a Voice, "What would it say?"

You will be a part of World Art History

2. Who are you and who is I Am Planet Earth?

My name is Blake Lind, I am 42 years old and live in a small town just north of Dallas, Texas. I am a husband, and a father of two. I am also 1 of what will be only 1000 representatives of the Planet Earth. Although, who I am is really not important, it's who you are that is the most important. I Am Planet Earth is you. It is your Face and your Voice.

3. Are you genuine or is this a joke?

I am 100% genuine, and this is definitely no joke. I have always wanted to do something positive on a global scale, something really meaningful. This idea came to me one evening, and I thought to myself "This is it". Our Nations have done so many detrimental things to our Planet, and our People over the decades. I think if we put a Face on our Planet and give it a Voice, we all might learn something helpful, and maybe even make a difference.

4. What exactly will I receive when I become a Representative?

• You will receive 1 out of only 1000 available Seats to Represent Planet Earth.
  
• You will be 1 of only 1000 people throughout the world who will exclusively Represent the Face and Voice of Planet Earth.
  
• You will have the potential to receive a tremendous amount of worldwide Personal and/or Business exposure.
  
• Your Photo on the home page. A 25 X 25 pixel headshot on the home page of IAmPlanetEarth.com.

5. How much does it cost to become a Representative?

The cost of your Seat will depend on when you decide to make your purchase, and become a Representative. The sooner you purchase your Seat, the less it will cost. The cost will be based on your Representative number (#). For example, If you are the 87th individual to Purchase a Seat, your Representative # will be #87. The cost will be based on the schedule below. Therefore, if you are within the first 25 individuals to purchase your Seat, your cost will only be $50.00, #26 - 50, your cost will be $100.00, #51 - 75, your cost will be $150.00, etc...

The cost for a Seat will be based on the following schedule:

All seats regardless of price will have equal Representation. The only difference is your Seat location.

6. Why are you charging $50 - $1500 (US) to own a Seat and become a Representative?

You may be asking; "why not just charge $5 or $10"? It is important that our Representatives be passionate about their opinions, beliefs and views, people who truly care. I believe when you have a significant investment in something, it will mean more to you and you will take a stronger interest in it.

You may be thinking; "it seems like a lot for a 1/1000 Representation of the Planet Earth". If you think about it: If you divide the Total amount of actual Land on the Planet (over 57 Million Square Miles) by 1000. The amount of Real Estate that you will represent will be over 57,000 square miles, or more than 36 million acres which is roughly an area the size of Florida (US).

The exposure that you will gain from being a Representative will be valued well beyond the cost.

7. Why are there different prices for the Representative Seats?

I thought it was important to reward the first pioneers who become Representatives of I Am Planet Earth. That is why I have tiered the pricing based on when you decide to take the initiative. Obviously the sooner the better, plus you get to have a better choice of your Seat location on the Homepage. Representative will have the opportunity to gain personal and business exposure. Obviously the better positioning you have on the Homepage could affect the amount of your exposure. Therefore, the sooner you decide to purchase a seat the better position you will have. Keep in mind that the Homepage is designed to fit entirely within a computers monitor with limited need to scroll. All seats will have equal Representation. The only difference is your Seat location.

8. What will you do with the money?

I'm not exactly sure, though I can assure you that I will do everything possible, including utilizing the financial resources gained by this site, to promote this initiative and this website. I think it is important to mention that when speaking with the Media or News Agencies who do stories or articles about this website, I will only represent the voice of the Representatives of this website as a whole, and not voice my own personal opinions. As a general rule, when views, beliefs and opinions are solicited from I Am Planet Earth on behalf of outside entities (ie. Media, News, Political Parties, Business, Think-Tanks, etc…), all answers will be based solely on the beliefs, views and opinions of the 1000 I Am Planet Earth Representatives. There is detailed information posted on how the information will be obtained from our Representatives in our TOS. Some of the proceeds will be donated to a Charity or a World Cause determined by the Representatives at a future date.

9. You say that I Am Planet Earth is the Face and Voice of the Planet Earth. How can you be certain that you have a fair cross section of all of the people on the Earth?

Obviously it would be impossible to gain an exact cross section Representation of the Planet. However, thanks to the proliferation of the internet combined with this initiative, we now have an opportunity to get as close as never before. You can help by spreading the word to as many people you know in as many Countries as possible.

In order to gain the most accurate global representation of the Face and Voice of the Planet Earth we have implemented the following guidelines in regards to the 1000 available seats for representation. Since the Internet is more widely used in certain regions of the Planet, the final representation won't be perfect, but these guidelines should help to gain a fairly diverse Geographic and Ethnic Representation. These guidelines are based on Global census data.

The following guidelines will apply to Seat Representation for I Am Planet Earth:

• A minimum of 15% of the Seats will be Asian or of Asian descent
  
• A minimum of 10% of the Seats will be African or of African descent
  
• A minimum of 10% of the Seats will be European or of European descent including the Soviet Union
  
• A minimum of 10% of the Seats will be Latin American or of Latin American Descent
  
• A minimum of 10% of the Seats will be North American
  
• A minimum of 35% of the Seats will be Female
  
• A minimum of 35% of the Seats will be Male

10. When will my photo and link be active?

11. Are there any requirements or restrictions to become a Representative?

Yes, all Representatives must be at least 18 years old, and you must agree to the I Am Planet Earth Pledge.

I Am Planet Earth Pledge:

   I pledge to live my life like every day is Earth Day, and to do all I can to help the environment.

   I pledge to recycle, conserve energy and save water to protect the Earth's natural resources.

   I pledge to help my family and friends learn how they can help the environment and prevent pollution for a    cleaner and healthier Earth.

   I pledge to do one or more of the following:
    1. Recycle cans and bottles instead of throwing them away.
    2. Turn off the lights when leaving a room.
    3. Ride a bike or walk when I can.
    4. Never litter and dispose of my trash properly.
    5. Turn off the TV and any electronic equipment when they are not in use.

12. Can I change or update the photo and information that I provide once I am a Representative?

Yes, you may change any of your information including your photo at anytime by logging in and making the changes. We ask that you please try to limit your changes. Please see our TOS for details.

13. Can I re-sell my seat?

Yes, you may transfer or re-sell your seat subject to the policies set in our TOS.

14. How long will the website be on-line?

The website and homepage will be online for a minimum of 10 years guaranteed (starting from the day it launched), so at least until February 14th, 2017, but probably even longer.

15. Do I need to provide a photo that is exactly 25 X 25 pixels?

No, you may provide whatever photo you wish and we will correctly size your photo for you if necessary.

16. Can I purchase more than one Seat?

Yes, you may purchase as many Seats as you like for you and your family members, or friends as long as the individual Profiles comply with our TOS. You will need to establish a seperate account for each order.

17. How is it that I will be the Voice of Planet Earth?

As a Representative, you and the other Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine Representatives of I Am Planet Earth will have a combined voice that will speak as one. Once all 1000 Seats have been filled, we will email all Representatives a survey including approximately 25 questions regarding your personal beliefs and opinions regarding Global issues that face The Human Race and our Planet. The survey will consist of multiple choice, and Yes/No questions. So it should only take a few minutes to complete. Once we have received all of the results we will post our results on the "Ask Planet Earth" section of our website for All the World to see.

The answers will be displayed in percentages (%).
Example: If we asked the question (this is just an example):

Q. When do you think we need to start taking action to slow Global Warming?
A. Now
B. Within the next 10 years
C. We should have started a long time ago
D. Never, I do not believe in Global Warming

Let's say 50% of our members answered A, and 30% of our members answered B, 0 (zero) answered C, and 20% of our members answered D.

The answers on behalf of I Am Planet Earth would display as:

When do you think we need to start taking action to slow Global warming?
A. Now 50%
B. Within the next 10 years 30%
C. We should have started a long time ago 0%
D. Never, I do not believe in Global warming 20%

Once various Groups like, Political Parties, Think Tanks, Committee's, World Leaders, etc.. realize how valuable a true Global non-political, non-agenda driven opinion is, then they will begin to seek the opinions and beliefs of this unique group. We will obtain future answers from our Representatives via web based and email based survey's. These surveys will be no more than 25 questions in length at a time and will be multiple choice and Yes/No questions only. This is how you will be the Voice of Planet Earth.

18. I have decided to become a Representative. What do I do now?

When you are ready to become a Representative, simply click on the "Become a Rep" Menu item at the top of the web page. From there, you will complete a form including Credit Card information for payment. The only other item you will need is a headshot photo of yourself. Once your payment has cleared, and your application has been approved, your Seat will be reserved and you will become an official Representative of I Am Planet Earth. You will receive an email confirming your order, your Seat number (Row-Column) and your Representative number (0001 - 1000). On the sign up form, you will be able to choose your Photo location (Row - Column), which will also be your Seat number. We will assign you your Representative number in order of your sign up. (ex. If you were the 132nd person to sign up, then your Representative number would be #132). Your posting will go live within 48 hours.

19. What if I am ready to sign up and secure/reserve my Seat but I do not have a photo ready, or any of the information for my profile?

No problem. You can go ahead and secure your seat by going to the same area "Become a Rep" on the main menu of the website. During your sign up there will be a box to check for "submit photo later", or "submit profile later". We will reserve your Seat and place an "S" for "Sold", in your Seat photo area on the home page. You can then submit the additional information at your convenience by going to the "Login" menu area. Once you Login, you can make any updates additions or changes. Once we receive the new information we will complete your Profile and insert your photo.
